Our classes are safe and effective for all levels of experience, using breathing, postures, relaxation, meditation and mantra to strengthen and balance the nervous systems, the glandular system and the chakras. Slow mindful movement is soothing for the nervous system, and builds resilience.

All levels are welcome, no experience is necessary, and you don’t have to be young, flexible or fit to benefit from the techniques. On the first Wednesday of every month there will be an extended relaxation with my beautiful 24″ Moon gong.

Kundalini Yoga class open to all levels of experience. Please BYO mat, blanket, meditation cushion and water bottle.
