The Gentle Yogi

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a powerful yoga practice, which reunites the threads of yoga into one dynamic whole.

Kundalini Yoga is a safe, effective practice to increase your vitality and awareness, and help you deeply relax and calm your mind. In each class yoga postures and movements are done with conscious breathing –relaxation, mantra chanting, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are also included.

There is support available for building your own at home practice to incorporate a yogic lifestyle into your own life. The classes are accessible to all levels of yoga experience.

Open Classes

Our classes are safe and effective for all levels of experience, using breathing, postures, relaxation, meditation and mantra to strengthen and balance the nervous systems, the glandular system and the chakras.

All levels are welcome, no experience is necessary, and you don’t have to be young, flexible or fit to benefit from the techniques.

Private Sessions

I am available on request for private sessions – one-on-one or a small group.

Recommended if you are unable to attend public classes or there is a particular area of your life you would like to focus on.

Gentle Yoga

In these classes we use gentle stretches and movement, gong baths, guided relaxation, meditation and mindfulness to deeply soothe your body, mind and spirit. Chairs and other props are available to make the practices more accessible to those with physical limitations and pain conditions.
